July 2, 2011— -- The band O.A.R. (Of a Revolution) provides the soundtrack to this week's Your Three Words, and also makes an appearance with three words of their own.

The band formed in 1996 in Rockville, Md., and released its first album, "The Wanderer," a year later while its members were still in high school.

Four of them went to Ohio State University, where they completed their lineup, adding a fifth member their freshman year.

O.A.R had already released three albums by the time its members graduated from college.

"King" is their seventh studio effort and will be in stores on Aug. 2. "Heaven" is the first single off that album and the track for this week's Y3W.

Singer and songwriter Marc Roberge says the song "is about living on your own terms and being yourself."

O.A.R. goes on tour this summer, beginning July 6, and is giving away free tickets to five service members for each show.

Members of the Armed Forces must enter to win on the band's website.
