Good Morning America's Fall Concert Series Contest

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. You must have Internet access to participate. Contest open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older. Contest sponsored by American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. "Sponsor".

Contest Entry: The Good Morning America's Fall Concert Series Contest (the "Contest") begins 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 9/24/07 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on 10/1/07 (the "Contest Period"). How to enter Good Morning America's Fall Concert Series Contest:Send us an essay of 300 words or less telling us why you are nominating someone in particular whom you think has demonstrated real bravery. If possible, include a photo of that person. Be sure to include your name, address, all phone numbers and an e-mail address.

Deadline for entries:
All entries must be received by 11:59 pm Monday, October 1, 2007.

Eligibility Guidelines:
Your nominee must be a resident of the United States or District of Columbia. If you are a minor, you must include written permission from a parent or guardian to enter. If your nominee is a minor, he or she must be accompanied by a parent or guardian if chosen to be the winner. Employees of Disney or its subsidiaries, or the immediate family members of anyone so employed, are not eligible to enter or to win.

Judging Procedure:
The entries will be judged on the basis of originality, creativity, potential for on-air appeal and appropriateness for the Show. Decisions of the judges are final as to all contest-related matters.

The winner will be notified during the week of October 1, 2007. The winner must be available to travel to New York City in time for Good Morning America's broadcast on October 9, 2007 from 7 am to 9 am.

Prize:
The winner and one guest will receive roundtrip coach air transportation between a major metropolitan airport nearest to the winner's residence and a New York City area airport; one night's accommodations in a New York City hotel; roundtrip transportation between the New York City area airport and the hotel. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Approximate retail value: $2500. All taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of the prize.

Miscellaneous:
All submissions will become the sole property of ABC, which may reprint or otherwise exploit the entry in any manner, in any media. By submitting the entry, you agree that your name, voice, likeness and biographical data may be used by ABC for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner will be asked to travel to New York to appear on Good Morning America on October 9, 2007. If winner is unable to travel, alternate winner may be selected. By participating in this contest, entrants and winner agree to abide by all contest rules and by decision of judges. Entrants and winner also agree to release Good Morning America, ABC, Inc. The Walt Disney Company, their parent subsidiary and affiliated companies, and their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors and employees, from and against any claim, liability, loss or expense of any kind resulting from entry or participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the prize. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, release and indemnification within three days of notification of winning.
