July 14, 2010 — -- It's been a little over a month since Juju Chang began her 100 days of training for a sprint triathlon as part of GMA's "Juju Gets Fit" series. So how's her training been going?

"It's been great!" Chang said. "The training itself has been a lot of fun."

But Chang is not alone in her training efforts to get fit. More than 150 people already have signed up to be a part of Team Juju. Together, they're not only getting in shape, but they're raising money to help kids in Haiti. GMA teamed up with UNICEF and all of the proceeds raised will help Haitian children through a UNICEF relief fun.

And having that outside motivation is proving to be a source of inspiration for Chang.

"It's a great opportunity. As I'm walking out the door to go for a run or go for a bike, I think -- I'm doing it for those kids," Chang said.

On Sept. 11, Chang and her team will compete in the Housatonic Valley Triathlon -- a .25 mile swim, a 10-mile bike ride, and a 5 kilometer run in Danbury, Ct.

Throughout her tri training, she's been keeping everyone in the loop and posting healthy living tips on her blog and twitter updates. She's also received some great encouragement and feedback from people on a similar mission. Take a look at some of the comments:

Twitter Feedback:

From: @pwigsten@JujuChangABC U R an inspiration. I have lost 15 lbs in the last 6 or 7 weeks. Increased exercise (run 5-6 mi) and fruit and nuts for snacks.
