Dec. 10, 2005— -- Men can sometimes be difficult to buy for. Do you buy them what they want or perhaps what they need?

Men's Health magazine's senior editor Matt Bean came to "GMA" with a wish list that combines both -- from an iron that will not burn his shirt to a hybrid dog like a puggle. The gifts range from the decadent to the practical and from the fun to the functional.

Bean: Retro arcade games are really hot these days. Everyone loves the old games like Pac Man and Frogger. And instead of holding on to your old Atari, you can buy this little handheld game and play for hours.

Bean: This is a cool iron. It isn't going to make someone want to iron, but if you have to, it's awesome. It actually has hydraulic arms that push it up and down. So it has that cool factor. (The arms allow the iron to be left on a shirt for some time without burning it.)

Bean: This is such a cool idea. They've had this for baseball for years -- pitching machines -- but there has never been a way to do it for football and set up how long you want it to shoot and then you can run after it.

Bean: It seems like all the newfangled shavers coming out these days are engaged in this arms race where the more blades you have the better. But someone needs to realize that simple is sometimes better. There's something to be said for the old-school style of shaving. And that's what this is. It's the classy way for a guy to get the hair off his face in the morning.

Bean: You can get your dad or your son or your husband a tie, and he'll wear it a couple times, and it ends up in the back of the closet. If you don't trust your own fashion sense, this is for you. It's chosen by the J. Crew fashion editor, so you know it's going to be a tie that's at the forefront of fashion.

Bean: This is not a coffee maker, this is a deluxe dream coffee maker. It makes Starbucks obsolete. You can program it to make any drink you want with just the press of a button. If you have trouble getting your mind going in the morning and all you want to do is press a button and have your coffee, than this is for you. And it's a little pricey. But if you think of how much you spend at Starbucks, this will pay for itself in a year.

Bean: Everyone loves a dog. And it used to be that everyone was into purebred dogs. But what people are into now are these hybrid dogs. They have good temperaments and many times they're hypo-allergenic so you don't have to worry about being allergic to them. Not to mention, they're just plain cuter.
