'DWTS' Season 22 Finale: Who Will Win the Mirror Ball?

— -- With just hours to go before the long-anticipated the finale of "Dancing With the Stars," all three teams are preparing for their ultimate performances.

ABC News meteorologist Ginger Zee, deaf model Nyle DiMarco and UFC fighter Paige VanZant all have a shot at winning the Mirror Ball trophy.

And although Ginger experienced a recent injury, she expects to compete in the finale.

"It's nerve-wracking," Ginger's partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, said on "GMA." "It's thrilling because I know we'll get through it."

Nyle, the winner of the final season of "America's Next Top Model," was asked during rehearsals if he expected to make it this far in the competition.

"... After the first week, I felt like we did well, and I decided to take it week by week after that and here we are," he said, through an interpreter.

On the one-hour edition of "DWTS," each couple will perform two dances: a redemption-style dance and a freestyle routine.

Tuesday, the couples will take part in a “24-Hour Fusion Challenge,” where they'll fuse two dance styles with just a day of preparation.

This challenge, along with the votes and judges’ points from last week’s and Monday’s performance shows, will determine the winner of season 22.

And after months of dancing together, the contestants admitted that they're going to miss their partners.

"We've had some laughs, for sure," said Paige's partner, Mark Ballas.

The Mirror Ball champ will be revealed in the final moments of Tuesday’s show.

The two-part season finale kicks off tonight at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
