The Star Spangled Shooter

Kick off your holiday with this shooter just for grown ups from Hudson Terrace. It's a sweet, festive way to get the party started. If you're in the New York area, be sure to check out Hudson Terrace's firework viewing party complete with barbecue fare and open bar.

1 oz Vision vodka
1/4 oz Blue Curacao
1/4 oz Grenadine
Whipped cream for garnish

Chill and strain Vision Vodka & Blue Curacao into a shot glass. Sink Grenadine into the shot glass. Top with Whipped Cream - enjoy!

You won't be able to pass up this adults-only refreshment. The tart lemons and sweet blueberries are a welcome match for a hot summer day.

1.5 oz Stoli Bluberi
3.5 oz fresh homemade lemonade
6-7 blueberries

Mix together vodka and lemonade. Garnish with blueberries.

White Shrimp Pizza with Carmelized Onions and Blueberries

Think blueberries are just for dessert? Think again- they make a wonderful topping on this pizza. When cooked, the blueberries are less sweet and complement the shrimp well. It's the ultimate summertime pizza.

5 oz stretched round pizza dough
¼ cup cleaned split shrimp
9 blueberries
¼ cup caramelized white onions
2 tbs. sliced dried tomatoes
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Salt and pepper

Top the pizza dough with mozzarella, shrimp, caramelized onions, blueberries and dried tomatoes. Add salt and pepper, then bake at 550 degrees. Cut the pizza into 8 slices and serve.
