The most stressful major city to live in the U.S. is Tampa, according to a study conducted by Sperling's BestPaces, a research firm specializing in livability rankings. The ingredients to a calmer, stress-free life may be determined by many variables including employment, commute time, mental health, cloudy days, etc.

Needless to say, another factor involves the amount of energy you possess each day, which means an adequate amount of sleep is essential towards creating a peaceful mindset. In addition, a report from the American Psychological Association states 53 percent of those surveyed included personal health as a major concern.
