1. SPONSOR: American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., 147 Columbus Ave., New York, NY 10023, who is solely responsible for all aspects of this contest ("Contest").

2. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER: To enter, you must prepare an essay comprised of 300 words or less depicting and/or explaining why you deserve to be the first family to spend a night in the Cinderella Castle Suite as part of a six day/five night vacation package to the Walt Disney World® Resort and submit it together with a statement of your full name, address, day and evening telephone numbers and, if available, email address ("Address") and one (1) photograph of your family ("Contest Material").
You may enter by submitting the Contest Material in one of two following ways during the period commencing at 12:01:00 A.M., October 4, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., December 23, 2006 ("Term"). For purposes of these Official Rules ("Rules"), all times and dates are Eastern Time.
(a) ENTRY BY INTERNET: Log onto gma.abcnews.com ("Website") and follow the "How to Enter" instructions, requiring you to submit your Contest Material ("Internet Entry"). Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply.
(b) ENTRY BY U.S. MAIL: Mail your Contest Material inside a postage prepaid envelope, to: Good Morning America's "Royal Treatment" Contest, Ansonia Station, P.O. Box 234103, New York, NY 10023-0470 ("Mail Entry"). Entries sent to any other address will not be considered.
"Entry" shall mean and refer to each Internet or Mail Entry.

3. LIMITATIONS: All Mail Entries must be postmarked by December 23, and received by December 31, 2006; and all Internet Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM, December 23, 2006. Only one Entry per person/Address (regardless of method of entry or whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address). In event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Internet Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the Address is registered. Entries by any method other than set forth above in Section 2 are void. Entries must be the original work of contestant, must not infringe upon third party rights, nor previously have won awards, nor been published. Open only to persons 18 or older upon entering who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 48 continental states of the United States or D.C. ("Territory").

Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) who have, within the period of six months before December 23, 2006, performed services for Sponsor or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Contest or supplying the prize; or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated or successor companies (individually and collectively, "Entities"); members of their households and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to enter or play. "Members of immediate family" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings or spouses. "Members of household" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

Neither the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, "Releasees") are responsible for Entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the Territory; Entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, fraudulent, improperly accessed, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, late, lost, misrouted, multiple, mutilated, non-delivered, postage-due, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized or unintelligible; or any printing, production, technical, electronic or other errors; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering; insufficient space in entrant's email account to receive email; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Each of such potential Entries will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations.

4. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: A six (6) day / five (5) night trip for winner and up to five (5) members of his/her immediate family ("Group") to the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida, between January 23 and 28, 2007 ("Trip"). Trip consists of the following elements: [1] one (1) night stay in the Cinderella Castle Suite for the Group; [2] dinner for the Group at Cinderella's Roundtable; [3] one (1) 4" x 7" photo of the Group with Cinderella; [4] VIP viewing for SpectroMagic and Wishes (subject to seasonal availability); [5] selected snack and non-alcoholic beverages in the Suite; [6] Character Breakfast the next morning at The Crystal Palace; [7] Resort hotel accommodations for the Group (two standard rooms with a maximum of four per room) for four (4) nights; [8] six (6) 6-Day "Magic Your Way" tickets, each with PARK HOPPER® Option and Water Park Fun & More Option; [9] one (1) $450 Disney Gift Card for each person in the Group; [10] one (1) welcome gift basket; [11] tickets for the Group to attend a special party associated with a "Year of a Million Dreams" press event; [12] complimentary ground transportation throughout the Resort; [13] if winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the Resort, round-trip coach air transportation for the Group between the major metropolitan airport nearest winner's residence ("airport of origin") and Orlando International Airport and [14] airport/hotel transfers.

All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner's responsibility, including but not limited to: transportation to the Resort if a winner resides less than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the Resort, round trip transportation between the winner's residence and any airport of origin, room service, parking fees, laundry service, food (except for food provided above), alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities and service charges. Airline carrier and Resort regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions and Sponsor's approval. Group must be available to make the Trip on dates specified or prize will be forfeited and, time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected. Approximate retail value: $10,651, which may be considerably higher or lower depending upon point of departure and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

5. PROCEDURES: Contest will be conducted during the Term. On or about January 8, 2006, Entries will be judged by Sponsor, who will select winners on the basis of originality, creativity, potential for on-air appeal and appropriateness for the "Good Morning America" Program.

6. WINNER: Potential winner will be notified on-air and by e-mail, telephone or U.S. Mail on or about January 14, 2007. All legal responsibilities of a minor under the official rules ("Rules") will be assumed by the parent/legal guardian ("Parent"). Disqualification and, time permitting, the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: [1] potential winner's failure to respond to notification within five (5) days; [2] the return of any notice as undeliverable; [3] potential winner's inability to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the Address associated with a winning Internet Entry; [4]potential winner's failure to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days; [5] potential winner's failure to be available to make the Trip on the dates specified and [6] any other non-compliance with Rules. The Group must travel together on same itinerary; and any minor must be accompanied on the Trip by his/her Parent as part of the Group. All guests will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability/Publicity prior to ticketing. Members of the Group are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., etc.) before departure.

The Group must fully comply with all instructions, rules and regulations associated with attendance at any event associated with this prize and at all times will be subject to removal from any event for failure to comply with such instructions, rules, regulations and restrictions. Sponsor is not responsible for circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill all elements of the prize, and Sponsor's only obligation will be to provide the remaining elements, if any, of the prize. All taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of the prize. For name of winner (after January 14, and before January 23, 2007) and/or Rules (before December 23, 2006), send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Good Morning America's "Royal Treatment" Contest, Ansonia Station, P.O. 7. CONDITIONS: Each contestant by entering the Contest agrees that: [1] he/she will abide by and be bound by the Rules and Sponsor's decisions; [2] Entry will not be acknowledged or returned; [3] the Entry is original and created by contestant; [4] contestant has the necessary rights, permission and authority to enter the Contest Material in the Contest, and, if applicable, that he/she maintains a valid copyright in such Material; [5] he/she irrevocably assigns and transfers to Sponsor and its assigns all rights in the Entry, including, without limitation, all copyrights; [6] he/she grants to Sponsor and its assigns the right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify the Entry in any way and in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration to contestant; [7] contestant acknowledges that the Entry may be included and/or discussed in a broadcast, that such discussion may include statements or opinions by the broadcast talent or others about the contestant, the contestant's appearances and/or the contents of the Entry, and that those statements and opinions may be considered surprising, humiliating, embarrassing, derogatory, defamatory or otherwise offensive or injurious to the contestant, Sponsor's employees, its studio or at-home audience and/or other third parties; [8] contestant releases the Releasees from any actions, claims, injury, loss or damage allegedly caused, directly or indirectly, by any such statement or opinions made during such broadcast; [9] contestant releases the Releasees from all claims, injuries or losses of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize or participation in this Contest or in any activity or travel related thereto; [10] the prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose); [11] winner's acceptance of the prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use winner's name, address (city and state only), likeness, prize information, Contest Material and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law; [12] in the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism or other matters beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, corrupt, prevent or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Contest, so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, the Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest; and in such event, to select a winner from among all eligible Entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension and in the event the Trip has already commenced, to terminate the Trip and return the Group to any airport of origin as soon as reasonably possible; [13] the Releasees are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to: errors in the advertising, Rules and selection and announcement of the winner; [14] Sponsor has the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process; [15] any portion of the prize not accepted or used by the winner will be forfeited and [16] the Releasees are not responsible for any inability of the winner to accept or use the prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason.
