Mara schiavocampo did Anna's workout for a week. How did it go, Mara? It was fantastic. Five rules and one goal of a summer slimdown. Reporter: Anna designed a five-rule plan that anyone can do anywhere. Number one, five 300-calorie meals a day. No sugar whatsoever. Including artificial sweeteners and alcohol. Sugar actses a a toxin in your body. Eight hours of sleep at night. Drunk up. Three liters of water a day. The fifth and final rule, a ten-minute interval workout once to twice a day. 30 seconds of skater jumps. Ten windshield wiper push-ups. Skaters. Ten side. Ten curtesy jumps. And ending with more skaters. An amazing plan, and hopefully, amazing results. How did we do? In one week, Shonda lost five pounds. Natasha lost two inches. I did it in solidarity. I lost three pounds. I thought the genius was the five 300-calorie meals. If you can't do five small meals a day, which is hard for a lot of women, at least work out.
