All right. Now to our series it's called beauty bargain secrets and supermodel Christie Brinkley celebrates a landmark birthday this weekend. We wish her a happy birthday and thank her because she's revealing how at age 60 she's one of the most beautiful women in the world. Deborah Roberts has the story. Speaking of beauty. Thank you, but I tell you, Christie, you go, how is it possible? She makes it look so effortless but like any woman who is holding it together so beautifully, she works pretty hard at it. ♪ Reporter: From "Uptown girl" to cover girl, Christie Brinkley has spent four decades in front of the camera and now at 60, yes, 60 Brinkley is bringing sizzle to "people"magazine. I feel like I finally come into my prime. Reporter: The single mom of three credits her youthful glow to her mostly vegan diet telling "People," I love hanging out in health food stores. I treat every day like I'm eating to fuel my body. She starts off with sheep's milk yogurt and usually leftovers from the night before. How does she stay in those 27 jeans? I credit doing Chicago on Broadway she says. Also admitting I do leg lifts when brushing my teeth. As for her beauty regimen she turned to her new hair to wear extensions, he can foliating daily and monthly visits to get special facials but is this realistic for the average woman? It requires consistency. It requires you at least focus on the things that will get you to that point. As for plastic surgery this rocking 60-year-old says she going under the knife. And that's something any aging woman can do, Brinkley says, along with a healthy lifestyle. Something she's instilled in her children, especially her 15-year-old look-alike. I met mom and daughter last supper as she was stepping into her own modeling career. You ask your mom about whether you should do anything specific to change your body, right? She was like, no, you should be like careful and you should be knowledgeable of what you're eating. It's about you feeling good not an external pressure. Reporter: And feeling good includes, she says, caring about the world around you. That's what really matters. The word involved has a lot to do with feeling young ♪ my uptown girl ♪ Okay, no reason to hate. She admits like most real women she has yo-yo moments where she puts on a few pounds but the key, she says is to clean up the diet and get right back on the -- Yeah.
