Team usa versus Germany at 11:30 A.M. Eastern on ESPN. We will not miss that. Now to the record rain this weekend. Clayton Sandell has the latest from St. Paul, Minnesota. Good morning. Reporter: Good morning. Normally this is a sidewalk, but you can see the Mississippi river here has completely jumped its banks. It is already three feet above flood stage and still another three feet to go before it stops. This morning, rushing water is closing bridges, swallowing roads and highways across Minnesota. As the water keeps rising -- We live right on top of that hill right there. But no way to get there. Reporter: Flooding on the ground, and fire from above. This oil tank going up in flames in Canadian, Texas, overnight, after being struck by lightning during a relentless supercell. Some of the biggest devastation caused by flash flooding to the south and west of Dallas. I have never seen it like this before. Reporter: This neighborhood underwater, in some areas, more than 7 inches of rain. A nice little light show. Whoa. Reporter: Havoc across parts of the nation, along the gulf coast, wind gusts up to 60 miles an hour. And Colorado and Montana, lots of hail, covering this road like a blanket. And in Kansas, blinding rain forced these two cars to take cover in a drive through lane. And they'll be sweating it out for a few more days. This river is not expected to crest until Thursday. Until then, hoping those heavy rains stay away, robin. I hope they do.
