At the same time, president Obama presided over an Independence day naturalization ceremony in Washington. America is and always has been a nation of immigrants. Reporter: Immigration reform, once a high priority for both political parties in Washington is now on the table. You have people chanting ignorant slogans back and forth. No one is really listening.
