Okay, time now for our legal team to weigh in on all this, nancy grace and "gma's" legal analyst dan abrams, thanks to both of you for coming in. Nancy, you've spent so much time in that courtroom. What more do we know about this juror and what happened here? Well, remember her very, very well. She seemed to be one of the most attentive jurors of all and i know this, I know when she was led out of the courthouse yesterday with two sheriffs at either side she was in tears. She did not want to be thrown off that jury. I can guarantee you this, i don't know exactly what she said, but it was anti-arias. Otherwise, you would not have seen the defense fighting so wildly to have her off. They also wanted a mistrial. They wanted the whole thing thrown off. Wisely the judge denied that motion. So that was denied but, dan, could it be grounds for a retrial if arias is convicted. I'm sure it will be but it will be a losing argument almost certainly. There's no question if there's a conviction the defense will list it and say she made these comments in front of other jurors. It inflamed them. Upset them but that's not typically a winning argument. In high-profile trials that go for a long time, you tend to lose jurors. It's just not that unusual. That's why there's six alternates. Why is this going on so long? I mean, look, I'd ask nancy why they're only going three days a week and I think that the judge is allowing in too much testimony on behalf of the defense but this is a death penalty case and as a result, the judge will err on the side of allowing more testimony. Meanwhile, you have the psychologist, nancy, chipping away at the victim every single day. Oh, please. Stop. Do you know what the big point was yesterday that she made, her NAME IS alice LaViolette. Her big score, travis wasn't a virgin. Hello, he's 30. And that he portrayed himself to the other mormon church members as a virgin. I doubt the jury was very impressed with that big breaking news. Typically they go four days a week. They work bankers' hours. I think that's the judges attempt not to lose jurors. She gets them fridays off to try to get their personal business done. But dan is right on that. When you have a long case, doesn't have toe high-profile, somebody gets sick, somebody's spouse or child gets sick, can't come to court. This thing has gone a long time BUT AS FAR as LaViolette goes, she's a heck of a lot better than the last witness, sam yums who was a titanic disaster but still she's not really making a lot of headway with the jury. We'll see how she holds up on cross-examination too. One of my problems with her testimony -- oh, she'll be threaded. She's reading through jodi arias' own diary and treating it as gospel. She's basically -- like we're going to believe that, dan. Right. People out there do it. You know, the problem is she'll read something like, you know, that there was a fight with travis alexander and then travis apologized. Aha. See, this is a typical cycle of domestic abuse. She's a battered woman. You're right. And that's the problem in my view with her testimony and i really think there are going to be a lot of things on cross-examination that will come up that will be a real problem. You're right, dan. Compared to the last one who traded out psychological services for free dental work, this lady seemed to be like a nice lady, you know, you meet her in the grocery store you might like her in the checkout line but still no matter how much the jury may like her she's basing her entire opinion on what jodi arias told her, hello. That's not worth the salt that goes in her bread. We're just about out of time. We could hear from the dismissed juror before the is over. Absolutely. And some people are saying, no gag order. Oh, my goodness, what will happen? I'd be more concerned about jurors seeing nancy grace's show than them seeing -- I would than I would about them seeing this juror. You got to laugh. You're very easily scared, dan. This is true. Thanks to you both for coming in again.
