If you wait in those lines we'll bring you some gelato or hot chocolate. Jalapeno, onions. A little salt. Take some of your best basic t tomato sauce. You put that in. It starts bubbling up. Already something's great. Then what you do is you take some eggs, and then you drop them in like so and you poach them in the tomato sauce the beauty of this dish, if you made it and you weren't ready to serve it, this can sit at room temperature for an hour and a half. This is a breakfast that dante would love himself. Eggs from hell. Then you put a little bit of salt, sprinkle a little bit of olives. Then maybe just the tiniest little dusting of -- then, we'll put a little basil leaf on top. From the mundane to the spectacular is right there. Not bad. I cannot argue. Little pepper.
