We can take it a step further. We're going to make teriyaki chicken. Teriyaki chicken has a ton of calories from sugar. Here, we amped it up with lemon and lime. That's going to taste sugar. And you cut out the sugar. Cut it out completely. How many calories did you cut out, too? A lot here. We've cut out 96 calories. And the kicker here, chocolate ice cream. Is there sugar in this chocolate ice cream? None. 152 calories we've saved per serving. That ice cream is amazing. It's pretty good, right? I have to take some home. New you, new year.
