hour, to the skin care guru to the stars, charged with trying to solicit a hitman to take out a competitor. New details are now coming out about her alleged attempt to arrange a contract hit. ABC's Chris Connelly is here with the story. Good morning, Chris. Reporter: Good morning, robin. More developments in the tangled case of the facialist who remains in jail. Beauty, celebrity, and an alleged murder-for-hire all seem to intertwine. Thursday, in a Los Angeles court rum, esthetician to the stars, dawn daluise. Conditioned on her practice. Reporter: She doesn't need it now. Sitting on $1 million bail, as she faces murder charges. Prosecutors say it was daluise, who claimed she was being cyber stacked by Gabriel Suarez, who runs smooth cheeks next door. There were craigslist ads that were posted. Flyers. Solicitations for sexual encounter. Reporter: Did she have any idea who might be responsible? She believed it was Gabriel Suarez. Reporter: Then they turned to daluise's client, to frame Suarez for the cyber stalking. She wanted me to pretend to be Gabriel. Send her fake texts, post craigslist ads. Reporter: The plot took a sinister turn. Feinstein handing over texts he says is from daluise. Dawn, I found someone who is go ING to take Gabriel out. That caught me off guard, that my life would be in danger. For doing skin care. Reporter: Daluise was arrested March 5th, charged with solicitation of murder. Daluise's attorney is confident that the case against her will be dismissed. It's ridiculous. Reporter: But this morning, dawn daluise remains in jail, until may 19th, when this former celebrity facialist will face a judge again. There's another twist again. With Edward Feinstein arrested last month, cops say he was the one cyber stalking daluise. A crazy case, robin. Chris, thank you. ABC's chief legal affairs anchor, Dan Abrams is here. What's a likely defense here? The likely defense, she didn't mean it. Assuming she did send these texts. I didn't actually suggest that there was going to be a murder. I didn't mean that I was really trying to hire someone. Prosecutors will have to show this is more than talk. That she actually had the intent to find someone to try to kill. And that's going to be the challenge. How are you going to do that? You have the problem with this witness. This guy, Feinstein, who has gone from being a witness, also to a suspect. He's got a long rap sheet. He's the one who she's texting with. He, in theory, becomes the crucial witness. And now, he's a being problem for prosecutors, as well. When you actually think about how crazy this case got, right? It goes from her reporting that she's being stalked to her becoming a defendant. Him going from being the witness in all of this, to now being the suspect in the cyber stalking. That's what makes this case so nutty. You need a score card. Really, to keep the who did what, how did it change? When did they go from being, you know, victim to suspect? Et cetera. I don't think this is going to be that easy a case for prosecutors. Let's see what they've got. But being able to show that she actually meant it is going to be the legal challenge. A lot of people watching this one. Dan, have a good weekend. Thanks.
