Question: Are there any effective ways to treat food allergies using alternative medicine?
Answer: So there are no well-proven remedies from the alternative medicine regime and we do have anecdotal experience from patients who've seen acupuncturist or have used herbal remedies who claim their food allergies have improved. But at a scientific level, there's no good data suggesting any of these approaches make a meaningful difference.
