Answer:Absolutely, there's no indication that a daily multivitamin is harmful to you. The question is, how helpful is it going to be for you? If you're going to use a multivitamin, you could probably use any general multivitamin that's available over the counter right now -- One-a-Day vitamins. I don't think there is a need to go and buy the most expensive brand that's out there on the market. I think, though, that if you're concerned about meeting your vitamin needs, the best way to do that is to actually eat a healthful diet – and this is a diet that's full of fresh fruits and vegetables. And while this can be challenging while you're experiencing side effects related to chemotherapy and radiation, there are a lot of strategies that can be used to improve the diet during this difficult time.
