If I Get Diabetes, Will My Life Ever Be 'Normal,' And Can I Be Cured?

Question: If I get diabetes, will my life ever be 'normal,' and can I be cured?

Answer: Diabetes is not a death sentence for sure. Although there is no cure at the current time, diabetes is totally controllable. It boils down to living a healthy lifestyle, developing good eating habits, and exercising regularly, like every person should be doing, and taking medications such as pills and/or insulin to keep the blood sugars as close to normal as possible. Yes, you can live a normal life.
