What Does It Mean To Be Legally Blind?

Question: What does it mean to be legally blind?

Answer: Legal blindness is a definition which means that the individual is not able to see better than the 20/200 letter or object on the chart. It does not mean that the person is actually blind, it just means that they're not able to see objects which are smaller or farther away.
