Insomnia

You may qualify for this study if you have any of the following symptoms: waking up frequently during the night, waking up too early in the morning without being able to fall back to sleep, general inability to fall or stay asleep, or daytime fatigue or impairment. Participants must be between ages 18 and 64.

The research site is in Santa Ana, Calif.

Epilepsy

This study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of ganaxolone as an add-on therapy to treat epilepsy with uncontrolled partial-onset seizures. Volunteers 18-69 may be eligible who are taking 1-3 epilepsy medications, and have had three or more complex-partial seizures, on average, over the past four weeks.

The research sites are located across the United States.

Menstrual Disorders

This study will evaluate the investigational use of a natural product in reducing menstrual pain and cramping. Participants must have had painful periods and cramping (medically called dysmenorrhea) during the past two months.

The research site is in Moorestown, NJ.
