Question: Is the term 'café coronary' related to stress?

Answer: Café coronary is poorly named because it really has nothing to do with having a heart attack. It refers to someone choking. But it can appear as if someone is having a heart attack, which is where the name comes from. And there is really no connection that we're aware of between stress and café coronary.
