Answer: Well, over 50 percent of people who suffer with heart burn believe that their hectic lifestyle and work related stress contribute to their symptoms. So in this way we believe there is a connection and one of the things that you can do about this connection is make basic lifestyle changes that we talk about all the time -- which is good nutrition, adequate sleep, exercise, relaxation and try to deal with that stress that is impacting those symptoms.
