Just -- Peltier -- fifteen last February her parents took her from Connecticut to Massachusetts. To be treated for a rare medical condition. Doctors at Boston's Children's Hospital decided that Justine has problems were partly psychological. And that prior treatment at one hospital actually constituted abuse. The girl ended up in Massachusetts state custody even though she was from Connecticut. Now a judge says Justine will remain in the custody of Massachusetts.
