— -- A new photo shows notorious Mexican drug kingpin Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman behind bars at the high-security Altiplano prison, according to a report.
El Chapo, who eluded authorities for months after breaking out of his prison cell, has been moved seven times during his first five nights in Altiplano, according to the publication El Universal, which was allowed inside.
Guzman is guarded by dogs trained to detect his scent and Mexican authorities have decided not to let him remain in the same cell, instead moving him between the more than 30 cells with "special supervision," the publication reported.
Inside the jail, guards wear cameras on their helmets and more CCTV cameras have been added, the publication said.
Guzman escaped from a maximum security prison for the second time in July. Previously, he had escaped from a prison in 2001 and spent more than 10 years on the lam.
He is facing possible extradition to the United States but his lawyers are fighting the move.
