Feb. 21, 2006— -- Britain's Prince Harry will find out tomorrow if his regiment is heading to Iraq, The Associated Press reports.

Harry, the youngest son of Princess Diana and Prince Charles is third in line to the throne and now serves with a military regiment called the Blues and Royals.

The 22-year-old prince has said he's eager to serve. In an interview broadcast on his 21st birthday, the prince said, "There's no way I'm going to put myself through Sandhurst, and then sit on my arse back home while my boys are out fighting for their country."

Harry joined the Blues and Royals after graduating from Sandhurst Military Academy last year.

Britain's defense secretary will likely to tell Parliament tomorrow if Prince Harry's unit is being sent to Iraq.

There has been intense speculation surrounding Harry's possible deployment. The defense ministry is also considering whether sending Harry into certain situations would create an extra security risk in the event he was targeted by insurgents.
