Last week North Korea accused the US and South Korea for hacking their servers and threats have been consistent. They're talking nuclear strikes and protests to the UN sanctions. Experts here are concerned that these cyber attacks you have a major psychological effect on the public. We don't know yet whether North Korea is behind this but they have made similar smaller scale attacks in the past few years.
