RECIPE

2 tbsp. olive oil

Leftover tasty stuffing

4 eggs

1/2 cup cheddar cheese

1. Add oil to a medium high heat skillet or cast iron pan and fold in your stuffing allowing it to sit and get crispy edges for 3 to 4 minutes.

2. Create four holes in the stuffing mix and crack an egg into each. Sprinkle over cheese and put under a broiler. If you don’t have one, simply preheat your oven to 420 degress F. Cook until eggs are cooked and cheese is melted.
