Parenting isn't always easy. Luckily, there are hundreds of companies willing to sell you products to make it easier. And while strollers and car seats and adorable clothes are necessary for child-rearing, there are a few products on the market so advanced – or so simple and ingenious – that they seem to actually relieve you of many of the duties of parenting (think bottle feeding, entertaining and attending to in the night).

|iPad Baby Seat|
The problem: You've read every book in the nursery – twice. If the words Pat-a-Cake or Peekaboo are uttered in your presence one more time today, you're going to lose your mind. You've done tummy time, lap time, skin-to-skin time. And it's 9 a.m.
Enter the Newborn-to-Toddler Apptivity seat with iPad from Fisher-Price. It came under fire from parents and doctors when it was introduced last year, but that's not to say it wouldn't be handy from time-to-time.
Problem solved? Entertaining the baby.
Do you have one of those babies that screams every time you leave the room? It makes it difficult to parent properly when nature calls. Unless you can hold it till naptime, that baby's coming to the loo with you. Free up your hands and hang the baby on the wall. Yes, hang the baby on the wall.
Problem solved? Holding the baby when you have to use the bathroom.
Moms on the go know the precious time spent holding the baby's bottle could be spent doing any number of other chores. Two companies – Pacifeeder and Podee – manufacture "hands-free" bottles. It can be used in the car seat, stroller or any other time mom's hands are busy. Possible bonus: upright feeding may reduce ear infections.
Problem solved: Taking time to feed the baby.
|Cry-activated nightlight and lullabies|
Instead of waking to soothe a crying baby, you can let a machine do it for you. The Duux Baby Projector has a voice-activation feature that "automatically turns on the lights when the baby starts crying" for a nightlight and "sweet lullaby." In an animated video the company created for the product, the tag line reads: Duux Baby Projector: A Night Without the Scary Monsters.
Problem solved: Waking to comfort a baby.
