After spending $7.7 million in 2012 for a seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion in Hidden Hills, California, the "Hotline Bling" rapper purchased the property next door for $2.85 million in June, online real estate website Trulia announced this week.

Drake, who was born Aubrey Graham, joins other celebrities who have purchased neighboring properties, including Kylie Jenner, Joaquin Phoenix and Moby.

According to Trulia, the ranch-style home was built in 1955 on one acre. The 4,445-square-foot home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Drake's new pad features a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, high ceilings and a secluded backyard with a swimming pool.
