Donald Trump and Ben Carson Share Awkward High Five at Republican Debate
The two leading candidates share a friendly but awkward moment on stage.

The two leading GOP candidates in the polls shared an awkward yet friendly moment on stage tonight during the second Republican debate when the business mogul tried, but failed to high-five the retired neurosurgeon.
The two "outsider" politicians have been cordial towards each other during the debate, avoiding direct attacks against each other.
The moment came when Carson wanted to weigh in on the Iraq War. Trump showed his approval to Carson's answer; both oppose it.
"I haven't had an opportunity to weigh in on foreign policy and I just want to mention that when the war -- when the issue occurred in 2003, I suggested to President Bush that he not go to war," Carson said.
During the debate, Carson even laughed off Trump's insult of his medical career -- saying Trump is an "okay doctor" after the business mogul answered a question about vaccines and autism.
