'Hotter Than You' Sarah Palin Rolls Into Boston

April 15, 2010 -- Sarah Palin spoke to a massive Tea Party rally in Boston Wednesday, one day before Tea Party activists are scheduled to descend on Washington, D.C.
"Perfect time to come together in Beantown," said Palin. "It's the day before Tax Day -- the day that the tax man cometh."
Palin delivered her usual diatribe against President Obama, including her take on his health care plan (she called it "socialized medicine"), his phased-in drilling plan (she described it as "stall, baby, stall") and her impression of Obama's policies ("I'm not calling anyone un-American, but the unintended consequences of these actions -- the results are un-American").
While Palin was her typically hard-hitting self as she spoke, the most attention-grabbing part of the event followed her speech.
After Palin finished speaking, a man acting as the emcee thanked Palin and said: "You hear that my lefty friends, you see that, conservative women -- they're smarter than you and they're hotter than you."
Palin's looks became a point of discussion during the 2008 presidential campaign when Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., plucked her from obscurity to be his vice presidential running mate.
The former Alaska governor made light of the attention her looks had received when she half-jokingly and half-disapprovingly called herself "Caribou Barbie" during a skit with actor Alec Baldwin on NBC's "Saturday Night Live."
Even to this day, Palin's appearance continues to receive widespread attention.
