— -- President Donald Trump said Thursday that he and Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto "agreed" to cancel their planned meeting in the U.S. next week, after the Mexican leader announced earlier this morning that he would not be making the trip.

Peña Nieto canceled the planned trade visit in response to Trump's signing of an executive order directing construction of the U.S. border wall.
