The Toronto Raptors are being fined $25,000 by the NBA for a comment that rapper Drake made about Kevin Durant at a recent concert, ESPN reports. The NBA reportedly deemed Drake’s comment a public recruiting pitch, which ESPN said is a violation of the NBA’s anti-tampering rules.

“Before we leave, I just want to show one of my brothers something,” Drake reportedly had told the crowd. “You know, my brother Kevin Durant was kind enough to come to the show tonight and watch us. I just want him to see what would happen if he came to play in Toronto. Let him know what could happen.” The crowd reportedly then broke into wild applause and a “KD” chant.
