— -- Germany's having some injury problems in the World Cup final against Argentina.

Germany was forced to replace star midfielder Sami Khedira with Christoph Kramer after Khedira suffered a calf injury before the game started.

Kramer, 23, plays as a defensive midfielder for Borussia Mönchengladbach in Germany’s Bundesliga. The final was only his second international start, having made his debut for Germany in May.
