Actor and famed Cubs fan Bill Murray sang "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" during the seventh-inning stretch of Game 3. And Cubs legend Billy Williams, who played 16 seasons with the team and won NL Rookie of the Year honors in 1961, threw out the first pitch. But Chicago has failed to push a run across, trailing Cleveland 1-0 in the ninth inning.

Cubs reliever Justin Grimm came on with the bases loaded and one out in the fifth inning, and got a double-play to preserve the scoreless game, delighting Cubs fans.

Drawing a crowd at Wrigley ... literally

Sketch artist Mark McMahon sat across from the entrance to Wrigley Field, drawing a depiction of the crowd making its way into the first World Series game at the venue in 71 years.

Looks like Indians fans are out in force for Game 3, too.

For most Cubs fans, Friday night marks the first time they'll see their team play at home in the World Series. That's not the case for Jim Mowery. The 83-year-old was at the last two games of the 1945 World Series and will be in the building tonight. He brought his ticket stub from Game 6 (face value: $6), which was the last World Series game the Cubs won prior to Game 2 of this year's series.
