Want to know how much this guy can stand up to "it"? He shot a 62 playing with Phil Mickelson last year and a 63 playing with Tiger Woods (at Torrey Pines!), too. In Round 3 at the Masters, Spieth rocked Adam Scott by six shots. Time for the biggest moment of all in his early professional golf career, but can he handle it? If he wants to wear that jacket, he needs to hit more than eight fairways and 13 greens. It's a big ask for someone so young, but he's stood up proudly so far through those opportunities.
Rory McIlroy World Ranking: No. 9 | Scores: 71-77-71
This was the hardest grade I've had to give out since I started doing these. So the P is for Pass (we've all had that Pass/Fail class moment). McIlroy goes out Saturday morning first off and has his best putting day of the tournament (30 putts), shoots under par (71), and at least gives himself a chance for a solid finish. Unfortunately ... he got beat by the marker Jeff Knox by a shot! Granted Knox has the course record from the member's tees at 61 and has played as a marker on many occasions. Still, Rory is going to hear about this for a while!
