Earth Day: Google Doodle Celebrates With a Quiz
How to find out which animal you are with Google's quiz.
— -- The Google Doodle today celebrates Earth Day with a quiz that asks, "Which animal are you?"
After clicking on the rotating globe in the doodle, Googlers are taken to a page where they can answer a few quick questions about their personality before finding out which animal is their kindred spirit.
Earth Day was the brainchild of Sen. Gaylord Nelson of Wisconsin, who helped organize the first Earth Day events in 1970.
Ever since the first celebration, April 22 has served as a day where people can renew their commitment to sustainability and learn more about taking care of the Earth.
The Earth Day Network has more than 50,000 partners in 192 countries. The organization said Earth Day is celebrated by more than a billion people around the globe.
