Dec. 9, 2011 — -- In today's TechBytes, a redesign for Twitter.

Chief among the changes are tabs across the top of the screen -- Home, Connect and Discover.

They'll appear first on mobile devices.

Asus Transformer Prime

The Asus Transformer Prime is a thin, lightweight Android tablet that can change into a netbook by adding an optional external keyboard.

USA Today's Ed Baig thinks this tablet will appeal most to gamers.

"Games, at least the ones I played, looked quite spectacular on this thing. The screen looks good. And there is some oomph to the machine, so games are fluid, the graphics are realistic."

The Asus Transformer Prime tablet retails for $500, and the keyboard is another $150.

Lunar Eclipse Online

Saturday morning's total lunar eclipse will be completely visible only in a very small part of North America.

And there won't be another one for several years.

But thanks to the Slooh Website, you can get a better view on your computer or Android device.
