US Astronauts on ISS Evacuate Over 'Leak'

United States astronauts were sent to the station's Russian sector following a feared ammonia leak, but authorities later said the situation was a false alarm.

Authorities with the space agency Roscosmos identified the situation as a cooling system malfunction.

U.S. Mission Control later said it believed that a sensor gave a false alarm.

The crew members are safe, authorities said.
