Feb. 10, 2014— -- If you've ever dreamed of living in a hotel, here's your chance. New York City's Hotel Chandler is offering up it's Chandler Suite for one guest for one year -- for $100,000.

Located on what's touted at the city's "quietest street" -- 31st Street between Fifth and Madison avenues -- the hotel said the Chandler Suite offers convenience and comfort without the hassle of buying an apartment or having to book a hotel every trip to NYC.

The suite was recently renovated and features a king bed, living room, desk, spacious bathroom, flat screen TVs, and fireplace. But it comes with something no traditional apartment has: Michelin-starred dining. Executive Chef Shaun Hergatt recently opened Juni restaurant in Hotel Chandler's lobby and is also in charge of room service.

The room is priced at $585 on a February night. At that nightly rate, a hotel guest would pay a total of $213,585 to stay in the suite for one year.

The Chandler Suite has a bedroom with a modern four-poster bed, full-size working desk and HDTV. The suite include original mantel fireplaces, individual armoires and bay windows.
