Miller lived on the first floor and didn't know anything was wrong until she saw her upstairs neighbor Kathleen Rojas and her four year old daughter Rihanna -- for their lives into the arms of rescuers they help me. They cut the baby and then help me out of my apartment but when Miller tried to escape she couldn't get out. And I opened the front door and on the very bottom floor and it's just hope all -- blames. So Miller says she ran back to a window and take out the bedroom window to get out get all the instances where blocks. She made it to safety so did everyone else in the building they all -- the apartment property manager and her maintenance group for sounding the alarm in rescuing people out of the inferno. Could have been march 5 thank goodness that it wasn't thank goodness you ever seen it all doesn't they were able to respond as quickly as -- yet.
