The government says Sinclair threatened to use his rank to -- one soldier's career if she ended their sexual relationship. The government alleges Sinclair requested and received nude pictures and video from another female subordinate. Used inappropriate language to refer to female soldiers and when confronted allegedly responded I'm a general I can say whatever the blank I want. The government lawyer also said Sinclair threatened to kill a female soldier and her family if she told anyone about their relationship.
