Three college students in Washington state spent much of their summer strategizing basketball shots but not for a championship game.

The teens compiled a nearly five-minute video of mind-blowing basketball trick shots they mastered.

Shane Miller, Aaron Burke and EJ Troutman, all 19, told ABC affiliate KOMO News that they were inspired by similar trick shot videos but wanted to put their own spin on it.

Some of the most unlikely shots came from when they kicked, threw and rolled the ball off the roof of a building to land with nothing but net.

Using a portable basketball hoop, they were able to their their skills far from the court, showing they can make it from the water -- while on a jetski -- or in the air -- mid-backflip from a trampoline.

"I just really hope people appreciate the hard work that we've been doing and really enjoy what we've been doing all summer," Burke told KOMO.

Their YouTube video now has more than 5,600 views.
