President Bush today admitted for the first time his administration may have been wrong about Iraq's weapons. Bush said he is "determined to find out why" some prewar assessments of Iraq's weapons stockpiles have not been confirmed. The president named seven people to sit on a bipartisan commission to look into intelligence failures before the United States went to war. An explosion on the Moscow Metro has killed at least 30 people and injured more than 100 others during the morning rush hour. The explosion set off a severe fire in the Metro tunnels and filled them with black smoke. Russian President Vladimir Putin immediately blamed Chechen separatists and ruled out any peace talks to try to halt terrorist attacks. NASCAR has thrown out the old rulebook in the most radical change in the sport's history. In an effort to bring more competition to the drivers and even more excitement to racing fans, a whole new point system has been created -- as well as what is essentially a playoffs season, similar to that in football. This doesn't sit well with many fans, who don't want change. Mike Von Fremd reports tonight.
