Reporter: Nancy Rabel is now the second American to come down with the ebola virus in west Africa. She and her husband were working at this hospital with an isolation ward for ebola patients the same hospital where Dr. Brantly contracted the highly contagious disease. When he woke up, he recognized he had symptoms and he self-isolated himself. Reporter: The outbreak has spread to three west african countries. More than 670 dead and now a scramble to halt the disease in Lagos, Nigeria, the largest city in all of Africa. Health officials say a sick man brought it into the country Tuesday on a plane from Liberia. In addition to Dr. Brantly. At least three other top doctors battling ebola have died and many more health care workers in rural areas. So far killed 62% of those infected.
