A criminal investigation is under way and the nursing home saying it tried to reach the office of the Florida governor several times. ABC news' Victor o'ken do from Florida tonight. Reporter: Tonight, amid the outrage over these pictures, senior citizens rushed out of a sweltering nursing home, the owners of that nursing home are speaking out. They say they called the power company as soon as their air conditioning system went down on Sunday at the height of the storm. But repair crews never showed up, even though they say they spoke with the utility company at least four more times.
