who doesn't want a little more give in their daily routine. Apparently no one. A survey by working woman magazine says 97% of women are stressed by their schedule. There are real ways to buy more time and amy robach is here with simple solutions to schedule stress. Reporter: Natasha eldridge's day starts at 4:45 a.M. Laundry, feeding the dog, making breakfast for her two girls, getting them ready for school, prepping dinner, getting herself ready, driving girls to school, driving to work, spending an intense day running her educational services firm, picking up the girls from school, cooking dinner, taking the girls to ballet, helping her daughters with their homework, folding clothes, getting them ready for bed, catching up on office work. Finally getting to bed after midnight. Barely four hours sleep. I'm exhausted listening to you. I'm sorry. It's my life! Reporter: And natasha is not alone. Over half of us say there are never enough hours in the day for all we have to do. How do they do their job and keep the household going in the way they want to have it be. Reporter: Abc news sent in time management coach elizabeth saunders. Elizabeth gives her a time saving chart, a blue print for where to find hidden time in her stressed out life. Tip number one, think of time like a credit card. It's literally seen as finances. You are basically allocating that time and spending it in a certain way. Reporter: Take walks while quizzing your kids on math. Number two, find hidden resources. Would it be possible for your girls to work making breakfast for themselves so you could be at work at 8:30 each morning. Tip number three, simplify. She was doing too many loads of laundry. If the girls wear the outfit twice, they can find an extra 30 minutes. Remember, in all finding natasha two hours of hidden time. For a little more of this -- everything is back together again. Reporter: -- And a lot more of this. Ach amy robach. We have tips online at abcnews.Com.
