Learning more this evening about the real life plot unfolding for a TV actress was she the one behind those twice in letters one of which was addressed to the president. And what's she doing it to get back at her husband ABC's -- -- nine in Washington. She's the actress from Texas who appeared as a zombie on the TV show the Walking Dead and even the blind side. But a court will now determine if 35 year old Shannon Richardson also known as Shannon Rogers and Shannon gas. Had more than just a supporting role when letters laced with rice and were mailed to President Obama and New York mayor Michael Bloomberg. Court records say she admitted to mailing the letters. But that's not what she initially told investigators. She first blamed -- army veteran husband. Confessing she did the mailing only after failing the polygraph test. She insists her husband Nathaniel Richardson made her do it. He -- not been charged and has filed for divorce. Richardson who is pregnant was seen on Friday leaving the hospital before and after appearing in court. She's currently being charged with mailing threatening communications. If convicted Richardson faces up to ten years in federal prison.
