March 29, 2011— -- Hoping to catch a glimpse of soon-to-be-princess Kate Middleton out on the town for her bachelorette party? Well, you can stop looking because Kate already had her night out … or should we say in.

St. James's Palace confirmed the hen night took place and it reportedly happened even before Prince William's bachelor party. The Telegraph newspaper said it might have even happened while the prince was in New Zealand and Australia. The palace wouldn't disclose any details, reportedly saying it was a "private" matter.

When talking about secrecy and avoiding media attention, Prince William and his fiancee are at the top of their game.

Kate's sister and maid of honor, Pippa, apparently organized the bachelorette bash at a friend's house. Besides Pippa, Olivia Bleasdale, Astrid Harbord, Rose Astor, Alice Hadden-Paton and Alicia Fox-Pitt reportedly attended, according to the Daily Mail.

It turns out Kate's party ended up being a low-key night in instead of hitting the town. A source told the Telegraph, "It was done privately. Not all of Kate's friends were there, and she will be catching up with other friends over the coming weeks."

Chelsy Davy, Prince Harry's ex-girlfriend, apparently did not attend, according to the Telegraph.

Prince William had his bachelor party Saturday at a country estate in Norfolk with 20 of his closest friends. William, just like Kate, has kept all the details a secret.
